Orders may not be returned, canceled nor deposits refunded due to variations in characteristics. Precise colors and tones of any woods, or other natural materials cannot be guaranteed to be identical to the samples or products seen online. This is because natural materials are used to manufacture our products. Despite every effort to ensure a consistent reproduction of color, grain, etc., it is inherent that variations will exist. These slight variations are not only natural, but are actually added elements of beauty…making a piece unique and truly one of a kind!

We ship FedEx Ground throughout North America and regular FedEx for all international orders.
Please contact us directly for a shipping quote to your country. International customers are responsible for all duties, custom’s fees and taxes. Check with your government’s custom’s department. Please note: No returns or exchanges on international orders.
Exchanges and Refunds
Refund: We will refund a purchase within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You may return any item for a refund, minus shipping and insurance charges. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt. The item must be in its original condition and a refund will be issued to the original purchasing credit card after the item is received. When returning an item, please pack it securely in the original packaging, if possible. If it is not available, please use a secure shipping box with padding inside and insure for the full value; we are not responsible for damage to any item that is improperly packaged or lost in transit when shipped back to us. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com or phone 970.618.0064 and we will replace your item at no additional cost.
Exchange: We will exchange an item within 7 days of purchase receipt. This excludes special orders. Please contact us to receive a refund/exchange form. Upon receipt of merchandise we will let you know the amount of your exchange due or store credit minus shipping and insurance. You have one year to use your store credit from the exchange date. If the exchange/return is due to an error on our part we will pay for the return shipping to you.
Ship returns via UPS or FedEx only to: Blue Frogs Company, 34 Twining Flats Road, Aspen, Colorado 81611. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS or FedEx, insured with return receipt.
Colorado Sales Tax
All Colorado shipments please add 2.9% sales tax. Orders in Pitkin County call for local tax charges.
